A young homeowner moved into a prestigious apartment on the top floor of a historic  building in central Milan. Arranged around an internal courtyard, the home features  stuccoed ceilings and antique floors, windows and doors. The architect maintained the  same overall layout while renewing and updating the bathrooms, private areas and  common parts of the home to produce an apartment in contemporary style without  compromising the building’s historic prestige. Artistic consulting services were oriented  toward particularly prestigious artists whose works are exhibited in the collections of numerous museums, seeking out and selecting works in harmony with the style of the home.
